Much of my life as been dedicated to understanding the body and mind, and identifying what it means to me to be truly happy and content.

Finding yoga in my mid 20's empowered me to take responsibility of my own wellbeing. I discovered useful tools to assist my own healing. Through the lens of yoga I was able to see more of the positive things in life, appreciate and focus on what I can do to feel better, rather than focus on the things I can't do. With yoga I learned ways to heal and balance my energetic and physical body.

My wellbeing career began from an early age, straight after leaving school at 16.

My studies in Sports Therapy in 1997, gave me the confidence and qualifications required to begin a career in Massage, Personal Training and Fitness Class Instructor.

Ten years later I embarked on a two year journey to study Yoga in India. It began in the North of India, in a small town in the foothills of the Himalayas called Mcleod Gang, home of the Dalai Lama. Here I completed an intensive teacher training course with The Himalayan Yoga School. The following year I became a teaching assistant with the same School on a six months internship programme at their school in Goa. In-between my time at the school I traveled around India dedicating my time to learning from the different lineages of yoga mainly Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha.

I continued my studies in the UK, and in 2014 I completed a Partner Yoga Teacher Training with Unity Yoga School in Brighton. I am invested in evolving my practice and in 2018 I am set to do an advanced course in yoga for Back Pain.\

I have worked for many yoga studios in the UK and abroad. I partnered with fitness establishments and traveled around teaching at workshops, retreats and within corporate events. I'm now very excited to have my own space where I can have flexibility around my teaching. I am thrilled to be able to share my passions with you in a relaxed and friendly space that I have always dreamed of.

I am constantly inspired to learn new healing tools and share them with people, I hope you can join me at some point along this exciting journey of life full of learning and discoveries.
