Melanie’s classes offer a combination of physical posture, breath work and meditation.

They increase strength, improve flexibility, build vitality and create mental clarity.

For the seasoned practitioner the classes offer space to develop and grow. For the new yogi on the mat, the classes offers a clear pathway to the powers of yoga.

Melanie will provide mats and any other props you may require during the classes; but if you have a mat, she encourages you to use it.

Each class is capped appropriately so everyone can receive the individual attention and space they they need.
