The focus in all classes are not based on aesthetics, nor trying to reach that perfect pose, but what’s right for your unique body.
Classes are created to suit mixed levels, with a multitude of variations and modifications offered, dependent on your ability and needs.
For the seasoned practitioner the classes offer space to develop and grow. For the new yogi on the mat, the classes offer a clear pathway to the powers of yoga and meditation.

Supple Strength aims to tone and strengthen muscles whilst improving general fitness levels, and core stability.You’ll gain strength and flexibility in a lovely mindful setting.
