Melanie is a certified Sports & massage therapist, level 3 fitness trainer and 300 hour accredited yoga teacher. These qualifications as well as 2 decades of her own discoveries through teaching and her personal journey; brings you a unique and creative approach to fitness and wellbeing, which is effective, diverse and most importantly FUN!!!
Melanie delivers weekly drop-in classes of yoga and mindful movement as well as bespoke one2one health packages and programmes.
