How we can work together 

  • The Movement Way  – 1:1 body-led coaching for women navigating menopause, midlife and other life changes. Together we'll build strength, resilience and a way of moving that fits the body you have today. Available online and in person.

  • Body-led reset - Personalised restorative sessions for anyone feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or finding it difficult to switch off. A unique blend of somatic movement, massage and sound to support deep rest and recovery.

  • SomaSounds - Retreats, workshops and community experiences that bring people together through movement, sound and rest. Designed for organisations, communities and private groups looking to support wellbeing, connection and resilience.

A Little Bit About Me

My work has been shaped by more than three decades of teaching, learning and navigating my own experiences of body-image, grief, illness, injury, perimenopause and life's many transitions.

Those experiences changed the way I understand health, wellbeing and what it truly means to feel supported by our bodies.

It taught me that there isn't one right way to live, heal or move, only a way that fits the person you are today.

My work is about helping people build a relationship with their body that feels supportive, compassionate and sustainable, so they can navigate life's changes with greater confidence, curiosity and ease.
